Businesses in DeSoto's designated Enterprise Zones may be eligible for this state sales and use tax refund program. Talk to the DDC about the criteria for qualifying as an Enterprise Project. If you are eligible, the DDC may nominate your company as an Enterprise Project, which makes you eligible to participate in the EZP.
